Jeandely Francois was born on May 21, 1976, in Leogane, Haiti to Ms. Marie Alourdes Francois (living in France) and Mr. Franck Jean Charles, who preceded him in death. He was raised by Anne Marie Guerrier (madame Paul) deceased, Oralia Milfort (matante bibite) and Paul Guerrier. He went to Lycee Anacaona in Haiti. He moved to the United States in 1999, since living in Miami, he went to Miami Lakes Technical School to become a chef; he loved to cook. He worked as a bus operator for Miami Dade Transit. His close family and friends call him Chonchon.

Jeandely was a hardworking man who loved his family and friends. He was a private person, an animal lover, he had a good heart. Jeandely always sent motivating quotes to friends and family to help uplift them. Regardless of what he went though he always working and cared for others and was always happy and telling jokes. Jeandely was always telling people "Do not rush, think positive and you have one life to live why stressing your life".

Jeandely Francois took his last breathe peacefully at the age of 45 years old, on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Boca Raton Regional in Boca Raton.

Jeandely Francois leaves his precious memories with his four children; Jeandely Jr Francois, Jeanmar Antoine, Francois, Feodora Lourdes Francois, and Marline Francois. Seven brothers; Garfield Jean Charles, Kepler Jean Charles, Alix jean Charles, Frantz Jean Charles ,Richadson Lineau ,Yves Pierre and Lory. Six sisters; Miclise Jean Charles, Yvrose Jean Charles, Carmella Jean Charles, Claudette Jean Charles, Loly Pierre, and Paula Pierre. Close friends; Rose Andre Kurman (Rosie), Anglade Gabaud, and Edybert Francois. He left behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and aunties.
