Obituary

Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

On August 11, 1972 Keisha was born to the union of Gary Lucas Sr. and Mary Alice Butler. The second child of this union, and second daughter of this union. Keisha was born and raised in the Hollywood area and educated within the Broward County School system. Keisha was a very special young woman in that she loved all and accepted all. Her radiant smile and kind, gentle personally befriend all whom she would encountered in the community or at school. At a young age Keisha met Joe Nathan Windham and in love they birth three children Joe Nathan Windham Jr (deceased), Sanquera Tashara Windham and Joseph Nathan Windham. They cherished, loved and cared for the children God had blessed them with. Thereafter, Keisha met and was joined in union to Mr. Forrest Jaunell Hope Sr. Forrest and Keisha in love were blessed with two children within their union, Forrest Jaunell Hope Jr. and Angel Dej'ane Hope. As the road of life often takes unexpected turns, Forrest and Keisha were led down different paths in this lifetime.

After which, Keisha married Mr. Brent M. Reed. Keisha gave her life and heart to Jesus at a young age and lived a life of service to God, an All Consuming Fire, and her life was lived joyfully and full of fire in service to God. Keisha LaVon Lucas, on January 17th, 2022, was called home to rest by Yahweh, Yahshua Ha Mashiach. Well done, thou good and faithful servant.

Keisha leaves to cherish precious memories of her, her children Sanquera, Joseph, Forrest and Angel, her Father and Mother Gary Lucas and Mary Butler, her siblings Carmella Gardner, Gary Lucas Jr., Kalvina Lucas and Sydney Lucas, a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and dear cousins, as well as many Saints whom she cherished as precious friends.
